Quick Weight Loss Tips

Well, this tubby guy is really a thin man in a fat guy’s body, so after the last post “Fighting Obesity”, which too a long hard look at the battle of the bulge and how to do something about not killing yourself with food, it seems a good idea to follow that with a few things that might help in that department. I’m talking about some quick weight loss tips.

Now, you may be thinking, whoah, wait just a minute… weight loss tips from a fat guy? Come on, who are you kidding?

Well, as I said, I’m a thing guy trapped inside a fat guy’s body and I’m not lying when I say I am actually trying to fight my way outta here! Doing is never as easy as saying, which is why when I say I’m going to give you some ways of finding 100 weight loss tips, I’m not about to go telling anyone to haul their ass into a gym and sweat themselves into shape. If I did, you’d better be making sure you have your coronary swat team to hand in case you need a quick ZAP, you know in case the treadmill gets a bit too fast for your tired old heart!

Nope, I’m only gonna propose what I do myself and no more, or that’d be outright lying and I ain’t about to do that to you. Which is why I’m still tubby but I’ll level with you. I’m not as tubby as I was when I started this blog! I actually lost a whole stone between then and now and that’s only a few months.

All I’m doing is walking more than I ever did before. I heard from another pretty good site that you need to exercise for more than 20 minutes at a go before your body starts to burn off the stored up fat. If you stop before that, you just get outta breath and sweaty but no real gain except maybe your muscles tone up some.

So I figured walking is good exercise to keep fit as long as you don’t slouch or mooch along real slow. You have to walk at a good pace, enough to make you breathe harder and feel like you’re sweating some. That tells you that your body is working  hard and is using up the sugar in your blood to drive those muscles along. Well, after 20 minutes, you use up all the excess sugar in your blood and your body needs to make some more to keep the balance. And guess where its gets that extra juice from? Yep, your fat cells where you got all that fat stored up!

So I reckoned to keep walking past 20 minutes and build it up to 30 minutes, then 40, then 50 then an hour twice a day! It’s not as beneficial as doing aerobics for that length of time for sure, but you have to be already damn fit to do that for five minutes, let alone an hour!

So as for my be all and end all quick weight loss tips go, walking it is and it works for me.
